* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

We prefer sending packages viaa ePacket, however it might not always be an option to ship to your country and depends to our supplier. Don’t worry about this, as in such case we will be use an alternative way of shipping, which is not worse than the ePacket – it just might take a few days longer, plus it will be again, at no additional cost for you !

We deliver globally and use several major international carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, TN and EMS. Delivery normally takes between 7-25 business days, depending on where you live.

Need to ship to countries not part of the above list? Not a problem. We use multiple shipping services and we might be able to deliver the good to you! How Long Will it Take To Get My Package? offers FREE express international shipping to 30+ countries around the globe!

Our time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International express delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, like during holidays.

Please, allow up to 45 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed, please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as you place an order we will provide you ( in less than 24h ) with an email containing your order confirmation plus the shipping number and postal service used.

Where are your items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China), Russian Federation, USA and Europe ( if possible – depending on our supplier ). As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

It is not necessary at this point to create an account if you want to order from our site. Just add the needed products in your cart and then you will be prompted for all required information on checkout. However, registering to our newsletter and creating an account will give you the amazing opportunity to receive and shop with discounts, vouchers, plus you will be able to learn about the latest technology gadgets on our site!

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 2-3 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order and then we MIGHT be able to take care of it.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

My parcel is stuck on customs - what to do?

Customs, Postal Services & are different entities, hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services and cannot be made responsible for the customs services in your country.

Payment of customs charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at the For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

If your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and asking them to release your items.

I tracked my order and it says return to sender - what to do?

In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / HK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mail box or door step.

What if the postal services have marked my item as delivered but I haven't received it yet?

Sometimes postal tracking services mark an order as delivered when it has reached your local post office, even though you have not yet received your package. In this case, please wait a few more days for your postal service to deliver the package to your home or contact your local post office as they may hold the item for you. A good suggestion here will be to provide us with your phone number so that the post services could notify you on time about your delivery.

I have ordered more than one item but have received just one of them - why?

We have a range of different locations where we hold stock of all our items. Depending on what you’ve ordered, we may split your order into several ‘mini orders’ for ease and speed and they may be sent out at different times. Note, if we do divide you order into ‘mini orders’, you’ll also be sent separate emails for each one.

What if I received a damaged/faulty item?

Sometimes you might have the bad luck to receive a damaged or faulty gadget, and we are sorry for this happen, but please, just send us photographic, or video proof of the damage and we will send you a new working item right away (free of charge of course) or just fully refund you. What if I am unhappy of my order and want to return it for a refund?
